Fully automatic drink water filling machine adopts neck handling technology for the filling process of pure water and spring water to achieve automatically bottle washing,filling and capping.The following is detailed working process.
Firstly,the bottles are transported by conveyor line,then transferred by a toggle star wheel to the 3-in-1 bottle washing machine.
Secondly,bottle clamps on the washing machine grip the bottle neck and rotate 180° along a rail to make the bottle down.
Third,at a certain area of the washing machine,the bottle washing clamps nozzle sprays water to punching the inside of the bottle.
Fourthly,after washing and draining,the bottles rotate 180° along the rail under the bottle clamps to make the bottle up.
The washed bottles are exported from the bottle washing machine via the star wheel and transferred to the drinking water filling machine.
The bottle entering the water filling machine is caught by the bottle neck pallet and raises by the cam,the filling valve is then opened by the mouth of the bottle and the filling process is done by gravity. After opening the filling valves,the water is filled via filling valves to finish the filling process.
Then the bottle drops and leaves the filling valves.The bottle enters the capping machine through handling bottlenecks.The stopper knife on the capping machine catches the neck of the bottle, keeping it upright and preventing it from rotating.
The capping head keeps revolving and rotating on the capping machine.Under the action of the cam,realizes the grabbing, capping, screwing, and unscrewing to complete the whole sealing process.
The finished bottles are transported from the capping machine to the conveyor line via bottle-out dial wheel and then transferred out of the pure water 3-in-1 bottle filling machine.
